This strange picture is of a bicycle which had been skewered on a log and was floating in the very clear deep pool in an abandoned quarry. There were about half a dozen bikes thrown down at the bottom as well.

I like this picture so much, I decided to put it on my blog as a "guest" photo. It seems to radiate an infectious joy.
